You've a good start. But if you want to have real fun with your back to get it wider, deadlifts and I mean heavy ones (at least 1x your weight to start with, maxing out with sets of 3 or 4 reps - - see how far you can go!) and wide grip pull downs.

Nothing wrong with this pose. Gets the job done.
Its your most muscular pose that needs work. This one is GREAT!!!
