jon2222, and what do YOU have to show, have you achieved anything or you just rate because you don`t like the way I look ah? You probably know nothing about bodybuilding, therefore, your rate is nothing to me.

Actually, there is no miracle out there that some people try to find in anything and everything possible. Only two main components: healthy diet and consistent trips to the favorite gym : ) NO DRUGS ! Thanks for the kind words ! They mean a lot to me.

How long have you been training? A year?

Is your goal to put on as much muscle as possible naturally?

What type of rep range and types of exercises do you do?

I used to compete in Figure Division but then I couldn`t get mascular. So, I switched to bodybuilding. I`ve done it in 9 months. And yes, I still want to put more muscles ONLY naturally. I always loved them both on men and women. Reps and exercises... My trainer is a pro, and he comes up with amazing programs( I can`t list you all of them because there are so many, honestly) that work for me. We do all of them: low reps, medium and high. High reps prevent you from injury and don`t let you overtrain. But the most difficult on your body in a long run is medium reps. I don`t know what I will do after next week. On Monday they are checking my shoulders to see if I need a surgery: doctors are positive I have torn cartilages. Anyway, for now I do full body once a week and upper and lower body, total three weight lifting days and two cardio plus heavy stretching. A lot will depend on the results that I`ll get next week. I know that in January I`ll start a whole new routine. But for my last show, I did on Monday my upper body, next day cardio+abs, on Wednesday my lower body, next day again cardio+abs, on Friday again upper body and on Saturday cardio+abs, Sunday was off. But I dieted too, and this is the hardest part for me since I love food ! I always thought about it and wanted to eat more, was moody big time, but this is the price you pay to get the results.

You look amazing!!! I am getting ready for a Natural bodybuilding show April 9th. I start dieting Dec. 18 (16weeks out) and hopefully by the end I will look like you. I am 20 years old 5'2" and 126lbs. I am assuming that I will go below 108lbs for the competition I have been training for this since April 2004. How tall are you,and what was you weight before the competition and during the competition?

Keep up the good work, your picture is very motivating and inspirational.
