great job on losing the weight. Now you have a nice base to add quality mass. Find a solid program such a Rippetoe's Starting Stregnth or Starr's linear 5x5 and put on muscle. Stick with lifting and good clean foods (at least 1 gram of real food protein per pund of your body weight each day) and you will enjoy a lifetime of benifits =) Congartz again for the transformation, you look great.
