exercise balls work great, have a partner tose it you when you come up for a sit up and toss it back when you come back up...its hard

do sit ups not crunches... once you've done tons and tons of sit ups... do crunches if you want nice sculpt abs!

do leg raises to bring in the lower abs and just diet well and you'll see results in no time. By the way looking good so far keep it up

Bicycles while holding weight (about 30lb.) work very well for an all-over ab workout.

Your obliques look pretty muscular i hope you dont use weight when working them. Just keep your carbs low and your protien high and you wont have a problem
