------------------------------ PEOPLE KEEP ON TELLIN ME HOW SKINNY I AM, WELL IT PISSES ME OFF UNTIL WHEN I START LIFTING AND GETTING THOSE SAME COMMENT. AFTER SOMETIMES, THEY SAID I LOOK BIGGER, ITS CUZ I KEPT ON LIFTIN N EATING NATURALLY, THERE! NATURAL BODYBUILDING LAST LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. I USED TO TAKE PROTEIN SHAKE BACK BEFORE I START NATURAL BODYBUILDING N I LOST ALL MY MUSCLE WITHIN 3-4 DAYS CAUSE I SPRAIN MY WRIST BUT NOW NATURAL ONE, JUST STAY THERE. NATURAL IS ALL THE BEST!
