Heya.. You're off to a good start. Biceps require a lot of work, they're such a small muscle, like your calves. Don't forget, if you're striving to achieve the 'big arm' look, the majority ( 2/3rds) of your mass is in your triceps basically. How many inches is that arm? Are you monitoring your progress with it? What bicept exercises do you do? Don't forget to change up your routine now and then... shock your body a bit (and that particular muscle) into growth and form!
