I applaude the fact that you filled out info on your profile. For me that helps alot. Keep at it. If there is any help you may need post or email.
Good Luck. Keep focus. Losing weight and or gaining muscle takes time. I would suggest keeping track of your results and giving yourself at least 3 months and you'll see some big results if you are true to yourself and your workouts.

as said above... anyone can put a pic of themself up if their in tip top shape... but it takes guts to post a pic of yourself at the low end. Good job man.
