yeah need to cut down a bit, cardio is the only way with a good clean diet, all out, dont back down and dig deep and do it man! Just make sure you dont over do it with over training but stikc it out since cardio can be hard for some people and boring so make sure you do something that is fun for your cardio and listen to music or read magazine articles to get motivated for your cardio and lifting. Looks like you have good arm potential there hit up those barbell and dumbell arm curls for reps as high as fifteen for four or five sets, start to shape them out and mass them upo at the same time!
