Always feel quite humbled to be posting with you guys who have the huge biceps & perfect bodies, but I guess you have to start from somewhere! I had started the idea of getting in shape in January, which is where my start point is. I had a kid in Feb, so didnt start back up till June, so this is my 4th month of progress. I've gained a lot.. went from benching comfortably a measly 135 in Jan to 210 now. More work to do! Have been eating very strict & clean for 2 weeks now. Enough rambling.

forgot to mention my goal is to get the infamous 6 pack.. have a bit of fat still covering them, so I am still stuck with this 2 pack.

Although this perhaps should go in the general forums, thought I might get better feedback here. Here is an exmaple of my daily diet.. I also have started v12 a few weeks ago. Any suggestions, or does it look good?
Breakfast: Oatmeal 35g, LF Milk 300ml, 4 eggs (3 whites 1 yolk), full grain bread 30g, Ham 40g
Lunch: Pasta 75g, Chicken Breast 200g, Tomato 150g, Peanuts 40g,
Snack: Protein 50g, Banana
Post workout: Mega mass: 50g, Protein 50g
Dinner: Potatoes: 300g, Chicken Breast, apple
Snack: Cotage Cheese 200g, or protein 50g

OMG! NO bread, No potatos, NO Mega mass, NO ham, NO pasta..
breakfast- Cut the oatmeal out (or at least half) and eat 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs instead,
definitely NO HAM AND BREAD.
lunch- chicken and some greens
snack- protein drink 30-40 grams pro. and around 20 grams of carbs.
post workout- IMMEDIETLY after workout have the protein drink.
dinner- NO POTATOS lean steak or chicken breast or tuna (salmon)
with some greens.
last snack- ok
ONLY DRINK WATER!!!!!!!!!1

Just wanna say I think you have REALLY improved a lot (especially if I look at your latest June06 pics). Your pecs looks absolutely GREAT and your overall look is that of a very fit, muscled, healthy guy. Keep at it brother! Have a GREAT weekend.
