Hey Jonas- looking ripped-up! Nice shape and cut of your pecs. That 6-pack looks like it's going to be an 8-pack. Abs and obs have deeper cuts and more separation and you dropped some BF around the waist. Good size delts, nice bulge to your tris and long bis- nice vascularity too- made great progress Keep it going.
