Hi Allen- now you have a Champion's physique! Great pecs- thick and cut, ripped-up 6-pack, nice line thru your pecs and abs- good separations. Good delt striations, chiseled horseshoe, nice bi (nice separation of all 3), even your forearms are cut-up- great work  Keep pumping- the stage is waiting for you.
