This is an example of the reason that I need someday to get a better camera. This photo taken without flash did not have enough light, but, it picked physical nuances, I believe, that the better lighted photos did not. I have complained in the past that the camera so often makes me look not as good as I am. Some have probably thought this was whining. Here, the camera makes me look as good as I am - critics should have at it; I have no excuses with this one!

Hey Patrick- you're really getting cut-up! Great shape and separation of your pecs, nice ab separations and your obs are looking good. Great cut of your delt bi and tri (can see the bulge)- great going Thumbs Up! Keep it up, hope you try some posing too.

Thanks so much guys! What I think the photo showed, because of the difference in contrast, was that I'm really thicker than I look in some of my other photos. What do you think? Is it my imagination working overtime? Haha!

Patrick- not your imagination- the cuts highlight your thickness (pecs, obs, abs) and you're standing there relaxed (most guys have to flex to show off their definition) Thumbs Up!

I think you are seeing it right Patrick. In addition to the lean definition that you have always had, you have good soild muscle thickness throughout your whole body.

Getting leaner and leaner! I say go for it as long as you don't lose too much muscle... and it doesn't look like you are as you keep looking better IMO. Only criticism I have to offer(when taking photos and during ab exercises) is maybe try focusing on bringing your lower abdominal area in toward your hips. You really should be able to breath properly while doing this, but you can practice this form by using your lower abdomen to exhale. Once you have this form you can maintain it while breathing normally and try to keep it while doing crunches or whatever and it really works your lower abs like there's no tomorrow!

Patrick - this is one of your better pix in spite of the photo, lighting, etc. You are getting more cut, defined *and* muscular with every new post. Whatever you are doing with your routine and diet sure as heck are working. As to future pix, I suggest having a friend take them so you can concentate on the pose/flex and let him/her worry about the lighting, etc. BTW, side lighting often helps to show cuts better.
