bro, I recently lost 78 pounds went from 258 pounds to 180 pounds from abouts Feb 2006 to Dec 2006. I've been able to maintain my weight for around a year now. I have this diet:
6 - 7 am Breakfast: 2 or 3 fried eggs. 2 corn tortillas with melted cheese.
12 - 1 pm Lunch: 1 large chicken breast no skin, boiled, few salt with lettuce.
6 - 7 pm Dinner: 2 tuna sandwiches made with 2 tuna cans and 6 bars of white bread.
9 -10 pm After Dinner: 1 apple 1 orange, 1 (16 oz) glass of water.
I recently joined the gym and I am taking hydroxycut hardcore. I want to lose about 20 - 22 pounds of fat and water. I do not want to get too big, just ripped enough, wear T-shirts size M, jeans size 29-32, something like that, I am close to that clothing types now. Also, I have recently bought 84 packets of Myoplex original blend for gaining muscle faster.
Currently, I am at 80 kilograms around 178 pounds; and my height in centimeters is 182, which is about 6 feet tall. I want to gain muscle mostly in the arms and chest areas. Lean, ripped clean muscle, not bloated and water flooded that looks really gross because of cheap steroids.
Could you please recommend me any good supplements such as for Creatine and Protein? What can I do to make my muscles grow faster and keep them that way?
If you could provide me with a diet and workout routine it would be incredible. Thanks a lot for your time and help.
