i am gunning for a competition this summer and then after that, I don't really plan to have a whole lot more on my competitive plate. I don't really intend to compete at the National level, so I might just hang it up.
I enjoy "bodybuilding" for myself...as a hobby and a personal challenge to continually get better.

don't really do anything for peaks...just do regular barbell and dumbell curls along with a lot of heavy back work. do some preacher curl type work at times as well.
