After taking a couple months off to gut our 106 year old house, here are the results.. Not good. Lost a lot of mass and definition. Back to lifting! Working on at the moment to get my bf down, and get ab def.

Still looking good, Dan. Don't give up hope. Chest and arms look the best, you'll get the definition back soon with some more work on it. Good luck!

You had a different type of "workout" and you maintained a solid base!

Dan - hey bud what happened to your plans to get ready to compete? Did they change---or maybe they got changed for you lol! Hey I didn't lift for two months either (pulled muscle in my back) and you look much better than me after the layoff! With your dedication and solid base you'll be back to speed in no time Smile

thanks.. my plans got made for me. Although we are not selling our house, we probably could make 50k if we did sell it as we did quite the flip. Anyway, it was an intense month or so of working on it. diet and workouts went to the wayside. Now I'm back, and going to do what I can. Is competition still in the future? Will keep working towards it. When I get my body to that shape I can decide then if I want to step on stage.
