A broken foot, OUCH!!! Well if you have been lifting regularly before your injury it will be easy for your body to pick up the momentum again. Just get back into the gym and sort out your diet. Keep us updated

I think you're firming up some compared to older pix. Good luck with the continued healing and picking up the iron again! Start off slow and build it up.
