That's really cool to be able to see the transformation like that, bro... you've came a long way. Congrats on the hard work, man. How tall are you? Also, how much did you weigh when your arms were 12 inches (and how much now)?

Thanks a lot bro. I'm not sure how I weighed then..probably around 7.5 stones. I'm now 9.8 stones. I'm 5'7". That very first picture was taken ages ago. Probably 3.5 years ago. So taking that into account, it may not be a 'transformation'.

Thanks bro! But that's just when I used to be young and 'push' my arms against my body so they look bigger. haha.
