What many don't see and I think the reason I hear so much negative feedback is i.e. that in the before picture I was a pant size 38 and a loose 34 in the after picture, and that after just 3 months. There was a HUGE body composition change too... I was pinching centimeters of fat on my tricep in the before picture, I had to actually have my wedding band cut off and resized months prior to my before picture because my fingers were so fat. You also don't get a clear image of just how big my pot belly was or how I had to gasp for air trying to tie my shoes or put on socks... a shame that people would grief me on this, but the changes were definitely greater than just "getting a tan and toning up a little".
