Soldier: You are truly one of the Army's best! I work with members of the 82nd Airborne at Ft. Bragg and so I appreciate what our Army men are doing for us. Hope that you are not deployed at this time, but if you are, let me know and I will keep n contact with you. FayDad/Jack

Just be patient with it brother, the gains happen slowly so you have to be consistent eating clean foods 5 to 6 times a day. Diet is more important then training. When you do train lift heavy but DO NOT OVER DO IT! If you hurt your self you will be down for weeks I know this because I hurt my shoulder really bad a week ago and it still hurts. So good luck and if you can get the money together for supplements start with protein Multi-Vitamin and B complex , bcaa’s are good to. The B complex will help with the weight gain it help everything your doing stick. Otherwise you just make expensive pee. So good luck to you brother

Thank you for the comment, and for your service to our country which speaks so much more than any picture, but the arm looks powerful and like it has a lot of potential.
