You look great. It is hard to tell which bicep it was that had surgery, the right bicep has a better peak, but also a scar, while the left bicep might look just a tiny bit bigger. No much difference between the two arms really, both are massive and look good.
Regardless, your arms and lats and forearms and shoulders, everything is massive and very solid. Sign me up for that surgery so I can look like that.

Since the average came down to 5.5, I assume that the person who finds amusement from rating the best pictures at a 1 so as to bring down the average has struck again. Mostly I try to just ignore it but to pull that stunt with someone who is making a strong recovery from a difficult injury seems like a particularly low life move.
