Need right arm alittle bigger to match left, bring up chest and lats to match arms, and bring up lower abs to match the uppers, and probably thighs a little more too

you really need to work the filters more so that the color of the face better matches the color of the body.
pretty good work on the rest of the photoshop, though maybe you should make the arms even less proportional, the waist even more ridiculously tiny, and do a little more absurd stretching of the torso.
