1 scoop AllMax IsoNatural whey with 1 part Lana's Egg White. Cook as a very thin crepe in a pan. Filled with 1/4 slice of tomato, steamed asparagus, romaine lettuce and tilapia.
If you're far enough out from a show, you can use extra lean ground turkey seasoned with taco seasoning or grilled chicken with your favorite salsa, cilantro, and grilled onions. If you "need" rice, try grating cauliflower in a saute pan with a 1/2 teaspoon of tomato paste, tumeric, chicken bullion, salt and pepper and simmer until tender.

does this recipe contain any carbs and fat and how much protein does it have in at as i am on a low carb, high protein diet
