Comparison front double bi taken 10-16-07 and 10-21-09. I started seriously lifting and diet minding at the time the first pic was taken, the night I joined bb.com, weighing 191 lbs with a 39-in waistline. Today I weigh about 170 with a 34-in waistline. Arms are about the same in both pics, but the '07 pic is 15-in of fatcep, and the '09 pic is 15-in of muscle. Still fighting the belly fat, but it is slowly going away... very slowly.

I understand the belly fat problem but you have made some great gains...you're a lot leaner in the new shot...only thing looking the same is the face. LOL

Great progress. Keep working at it and you'll get the belly fat to go away- it's already improved alot
