How surreal...my muscle buddy gets compliments, and yet I don't! ha ha None needed, muscle guys-- I know my liabilities, but just wanted to put at least one up for fun.

good potential - need more mass ( although I should talk )but you have good overall def. I think with the right program and diet you'll see some real prog. looks like you do keep yourself in good athletic shape - so keep it up.
