Alright Chris, Congrats on your WIN! Your trap and back muscles are thick and ripped, good lat sweep and taper. You really isolated your posterior and medial delts, good cross striations in your tris, great separation of your quads and hammies, nice calves and totally symmetrical- way to go  Keep right on going to the Nationals!
