I wasn't at my best in this show, I was doing awesome and had my weight to 188 and about 3%BF all I nneded to do was pull 3 lbs of water I over trained got sick the week before and amazingly still won the overall. My back was a roadmap to hell and thats what won me the show. I was clearly depleted and not as hard as usual
