im no expert, as im just starting out with my workout and supplements (actually i just ordered my first batch of supplements today) but you're lookin pretty good to me lol.
if i had to say anything "needs work" id say work on eliminating that last bit of sub-cutaneous fat in the abdominal region to really bring out that chiseled 6-pack look.
i saw SUB-Q on this site, might be worth a shot
but AAA+++ body man, id be ecstatic if i turned out as good as you did lol.

your looking good great foundation...get those arms bigger for sure and thicken the traps...but your lean and hard and thats what you want

Delts--they just look a little flat. Pecs were pretty good 2 yrs ago, but delts still don't seem to match.
