According to the body composition machine I tried on that day at the gym (the kind that has an electric current travel through your hands, ankles, and soles), I have 18.2% body fat and am 7.7 kg (17 lb) overweight.
I'm crushed.

Haha.. I think that machine is way off .. U look way more overweight than that.. Haha j/k great upper body pic..abs and pecs are awesome
