Looks like you've worked hard, but to be honest, I think you're
waaay too big for your height. You weigh more than me and I'm 5'10"
at around 183lbs 32.5" waist. I've learned from my heart doctor that the bigger you (fat or muscle) are versus height, the harder your heart has to work i.e. pump
blood throughout the rest of the body.
