I have to give many thanks and pay much respect to my Mom. She is not my biological mother, but she has been my Mom since the age of 4. She made a choice to change her life for the better and without realizing it, made a huge impact on my life and others as well. I just want to show everyone how much progress she has made and just how great she looks now! Way to go, Mom! I love you!

Mom started out doing a change in her diet with Weight Watchers and once she neared hear goal weight, she joined her local gym and started to work!

Yes, most definitely... We are one another's support system... I slack, she cracks down and vice versa... It's easy to encourage one another when you try...

Not to mention, she lives 3 hours from me and each time I see her the progress is that much more evident...
