Most recent pic. Monday 6-29-09. Swoll, but chunked up, 219lbs. could lose about 24lbs of fat, so about 12-13% fat? Don't know. There's also water weight, that could be a good 'nother 10-12lbs by itself! Either way, nothing beats that good ol' diet, there's no excuse.
