Overloading acute muscular trauma too hard and long left me hooked up to IV's in a hospital bed. I had to take it easy the following three days so just did 1 hour on the bike each morning and some seated calf work. I took some additional glutamine and E2 Ergo Caps to quicken the healing process and boost immune function.
