I would say TWO accomplishments here. One for sure is Mateo, healthy looking kid and the other is YOU also looking healthy. Gaining weight, starting some training again...you've won something much more important than the Muscle Tech Contest, you've won your health back,beat the odds. THAT is the most important of all.
