Nice bi shot bro - best advice is to start with free weights and lay on a bench and do some flys.. Try lifting at least 70-80% of your max at low reps.. You should struggle to lift the weight but not to the point that your form is really going to suffer bad. That'll help you out tremendously. If you're not that use to doing free weights start with a lower weight that way you don't hurt yourself. Doing exercises with free weights will help build your stabilizer muscles and will ultimately get you big. Don't forget to take in lot's of protein from multiple sources!
