Ok all the May 13, 2009 pics are from tonight!
They are not the nicest but at least an update. Lighting is bad and stuff... But..
I've gone from 160 - 185!!!
So I'm almost at my 200 lb mark!!
I'm packing in on and I'm looking think! 2 weeks left then I'll start my cut!
I'm feeling great and can't believe the change!!
All natural and heavy training.
Long ways to go still.
