ChickenTuna is one of my favorite BodySpacers. I visited her website, http://www.Bunklers.com, and ordered this fun T-shirt. I haven't been counting carbs, actually, but have been increasing my protein intake while maintaining less than 1500 calories a day as I attempt to strip the fat and build the lean.

Low carb days suck!! Which is why i said to hell with that sh**, no more low carb days for me, lol. I admire/envy those can stick to a clean diet Smile

I pay attention to calories and that's basically it. Although I do try to avoid fat, I don't pay special attention to grams of protein or carbohydrates. My 1500 calories a day typically come from oat meal, a frozen dinner, nonfat strawberry yogurt, ON Whey, and salsa. God, I think I could live on salsa alone.
