Just made for fun. Muscle memory and food sure does good.



Going to make real comparison pictures before wrestling starts which is around 2 months.


EDIT: The pictures are not 2 months apart, it was 19 days the after pictures were taken from the first day of lifting. This was just made to show the progress I made in 19 days. Though I will be making final comparisons with the before picture in the near future(about 2 months) before wrestling starts.

Your arms are looking a lot better after just 2 months of working out and there's more definition in your stomach. Great work.

Thanks but those pictures aren't a 2 month difference. Its 19 day difference.

Im guessing most of it is water weight from creatine. No I don't use any AAS or PH/test boosters. I'm actually very against that for my age group. And no Im not making up numbers.

Thanks a lot. My ab's are also more visible in person, but b/c Im so pale its hard to show.
