Today I did my my fasted cardio pushups and core muscles I give god all the praise and glory for blessing me with the energy and strength to push myself through it all for his praise and glory not my own and for helping me move fast as I did I tried my best to run I asked god to help me move fast and do it all safely and correctly and most importantly all in his glorious name. Well it was like plugging in something and the cord is shorted out like my brain knew I wanted to run but my right leg wasn’t working well it but I kept trying and I kept moving more faster.
