Checked it on 26th did not work. I was discouraged, but when I checked after I lifted today- it is Working! Online- was actually more accurate than my offline calculation- I made over 600K today. I am going to celebrate being able to track again for days FitFam!

Been 1.5 months not able to track online. I roared to 570K today and continue to blow past my goals in 2024. When your hot, just stay hot. I rested yesterday and it was needed. Tomorrow, I lift and will probably rest on Tuesday. I shifted into a new role at work last Monday- very intense. It was like being hit by a tornado. Recovered this weekend and now have to go back in after the storm hit tomorrow. Wish I could track my lifting online again- Maybe one day FitFam.

I’m beyond frustrated! 🤬 i’ve not made any progress in 7 weeks. My weights going down then up, down then up despite being in a calorie deficit and upping my cardio. We will see what coach says tommorrow. I’m praying i start to make some progress soon. 🙏🏻
