EVERY YEAR IS A DIFFERENT GIFT OR CHALLENGE THAT WE CAN MOVE WITH OUR BODYBUILDER LIFESTYLE! Man, ain’t that the truth? It’s not always smooth sailing. In reality, various roadblocks can occur. When did this happen to you? 2-DAY UPDATE: - THURSDAY- Yesterday was 5-25 UBWO Day. Went down in the DBs a bit since I didn’t want to mess up the benefits of the acupuncture treatment I had prior to the WO. - FRIDAY - Today was 5-25 LBWO day. No extra Reps, but on SETS 2 and 3 I lifted heavy with the 30-lb DBs.
