Think back to a time when someone told you something positive about yourself (you still remember it don't you?).There are high spots in all our lives and a lot of them have come through encouragement from someone else. I don't care how great, how famous or successful a man or woman may be, each hungers for applause. It may not be the most important thing, but it is important. Encourage someone today, tell them they do a good job, thank them, see what happens.
