So i saw my buddy at a gig after about two months of not playing music together and he asks how my back is doing. I said its great and mostly due to the fact that i am eating a non inflammatoey diet and dropped about 17 lbs. He said âyeh i noticed that you look skinny.â ð But that offended me a bit because im aiming to consume enough protein and lift weights so i wont just be âskinnyâ. Then i thought about it and decided that he was saying that in the context of a culture where 99% of the adult men have a very large gut. So ill take being called skinny by that measure.
