Was bodyspace down for a little bit a couple months ago. I was locked out and almost gave up on it. I just wanted to try again this morning and it worked. I was so glad to have all my workouts back.

Had a great class this morning. Bought some squat wedge blocks off of Amazon and it really helped with my squatting and lunges. I know its more quad based but it taked the pressure off my calves. Also wore a pair of legging from 4 years ago and they fit! Im glad because leggings are not cheap 😂. Comfidence is building ❤️ Happy Monday
