Taking two days off to prepare for a personal training challenge for myself… gonna do the squat everyday routine and see if im made of the right stuff to see it through. The mental challenge will not be nearly as difficult as the physical challenge will be… Squat has always been my weakest exercise and is most definitely the weakest exercise after I’ve had both my hips replaced… So let’s see if I can avoid mechanical failure.😂😂
