“LET US NOT BECOME WEARY IN DOING GOOD, FOR AT THE PROPER TIME WE WILL REEP A HARVEST IF WE DO NOT GIVE UP.” -Galatians 6:9 Let’s keep doing good for our harvest and to encourage others to not give up on themselves. -SATURDAY- Was 5-25 Cardio day on our home stationary bike. Very pleased to score two 90% and two 98% heart rate peaks! -SUNDAY- Free Day. -MONDAY- Today hubby & I went to the river 4-hours. When we got home, we ate a shrimp & quinoa dinner. That gave me the energy I needed to pump out a 5-25 UBWO.

I’m still out there hustling. Its been awhile since my last post. I’ve been busy at work and busy keeping up this house and yard, working out and trying to be more social with friends and family! I actually havent had much time to workout the past 2 months, but got a decent upper body workout tonight. I’ve been consolidating my workouts to only 3 days a week to give my body more rest between workouts. I feel like its working 👍🏼 Looking forward to catching up with everyone! 💪🏼

A Chest and Delts Day ... the Sunday edition! Artsy photos!🎨 The delts don't look too bad!➡️ The chest still needs some work.😤 The chest got a good workout and tried some different things for delts. I left there with a fairly good pump! 💪 ➡️ Chest antics! ➡️➡️ Delts antics! I went light and it was effective! ➡️ Rowing ... Even though it was for 2 minutes, I've got to get into the habit of doing these every time I head into the gym. It really is my only source of cardio.😭 ➡️ Look what decided to show up?! The HAMS!🐖🐖 ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I am always around if you need an ear. 👂🙏 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
