- TUESDAY- Yesterday was 5-25 LBWO day. Lifted a total of 10,850-pounds.
- WEDNESDAY- Today was Cardio day. Got on my stationary bike. The last three Sets I was able to get my heart rate up to 90% of my peak heart rate for my age with quick recovery each time.
