Wednesday bodyweight focus parts 3 to and inclusive 6: calves, chinups, sissy squats and launching off ball pushups. All 6 parts, 100 reps each, except calves, 60 reps each of the three foot positions. Part one was pull ups; part two dip stand dips. Bodyweight is - my opinion - the most underrated, under appreciate move inside or outside a gym. It gets no respect. But after this long and grueling “session,” I know I did “right” by my body. And not to mention the mind scrubbing reboot and total stress removal.

I remember the day I use to think 5lb dumbbells were heavy for arm workouts. I went to go pick one up this morning to do some new unrelated mobility work and…I was taken back by how light it had become. There are many ways to train the body. And it was a moment of joy in realizing how far I have progressed in my own fitness. We are all made for MORE. It’s all about deciding to take that next step up. This can apply to anywhere in your life. Evaluate & Evolve 😁🤟
