Did a small load of clothes-forgot to empty pockets.Out of the washer came wallet,comb and car keys.Surprised the car key still works !!! Laying out the money to dry.Talk about money laundering...

Woke up super light🥰full body n 30 min treadmill.....great way to start my day!..lesson learned...you have to eat right to change your body!...focusing on protein intake...lowER carbs...healthier snack options!...melting like butter!
