Each day every person chooses their direction. How hard you work, what you focus on, what you get done, how you interact with others, how much you push yourself, how you view yourself. It is all on you, and you are making the choices. No one else. You have to want to be great. Never complain about not being able to do something when you didn't put the time in to be successful. When you look back and wonder why it didn't happen it probably had to do with your work ethic, and effort. Every day is a work day. No excuses.
