I have injured brachialis for few weeks been trauning round it. Gine worst now since i carried my xk bully home from vets after being castrated as in uk their band unless exemot and part of exemtion was castration.

My gym setup a new area for doing deadlifts. I like the platforms but the bumpers felt greasy. I had a hard time just gripping the barbell today. Happy Hump Day
